Early-access signup
We use your email to manage the waitlist and send confirmation, early-access and launch emails. Optional survey answers help us prepare early access. This processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). An email is needed to join; the survey is optional.
Unconfirmed signup records expire after seven days. We keep confirmed details while needed for early access, or until you withdraw consent, except where retention is legally required.
Website visits and security
Hosting, font delivery and spam protection process technical data such as your IP address and browser information. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing a working, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Spam-prevention counters expire after one hour; other technical records are kept only as needed to operate and protect the website.

Service providers
Vercel hosts the site; Resend manages waitlist contacts and emails; Upstash stores temporary signup records and notification retries; Cloudflare provides bot protection. Fonts are served by this website.
Some data is processed in the United States under applicable EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact contact@biopal.ai for details or copies of these safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Email contact@biopal.ai to withdraw consent or exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights apply under the GDPR's conditions. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including where you live or work.
