What devices does BioPal support? +

BioPal launches reading from Apple Health, so any wearable or device that syncs there works on day one. That includes Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Withings, and more. Deeper Garmin integration and Health Connect for Android are on the roadmap.

How does BioPal adapt my plan? +

BioPal uses your wearable data, workout history, and context to keep your plan on track. When your week changes or you miss a session, it proposes an updated plan. You can accept it, or tell BioPal what would work better for you and it adjusts from there. No need to start over.

Is BioPal only for serious athletes? +

If you're an active person, or want to be more active, BioPal is for you. Whether you're preparing for a race, doing multiple sports and activities, or just staying consistent through a busy week, it adapts to your level and helps you organize your active life.

How is BioPal different from other fitness apps? +

BioPal is a health and fitness trainer for the personal agent era, not another app. Most just track your data, or coach a single sport without the full picture of your training, sleep, recovery, and nutrition. Can I track nutrition with BioPal? +

Yes, it's there if you want it. You can log meals by photo, text, or voice, and BioPal derives the macros automatically. Everything gets stored in your BioPal memory so your Trainer can factor it into your plan.
